You are cordially invited to the online seminar: “A Framework for Managerial Interventions to Enhance Resilience in Port Business Ecosystems”
In today’s globalized world, the concept of resilience is undergoing a transformation within the context of business ecosystems. The growing importance of adaptability and flexibility in such ecosystems—particularly seaports, as prime examples—demands a deeper understanding of how organizational resilience can be fostered through strategic managerial interventions.
This seminar will explore the theoretical underpinnings of organizational resilience and its practical applications in port business ecosystems. Attendees will gain valuable insights into how to build resilience not only in professional contexts but also in broader community ecosystems, especially when facing external uncertainties.
